Retracción palpebral miógena // Miogenic palpebral retraction 

Seen in Hyperthyroidism. It is associated with 3 clinical signs:

1. Dalrymple’s sign: Retraction of the upper eyelid causing abnormal wideness of the palpebral fissure

2. Stellwag’s sign: Incomplete and infrecuent blinking

3. Von Graefe’s sign: Lag of the upper eyelid as it follows the rotation of the eyeball downward
